We cannot even begin to describe how wonderful it was to be a part of Ashley & Josiah’s wedding day. These two have such kind, passionate, fun families as well as a BLAST of a bridal party. We were able to witness so many emotional moments before the ceremony, including Ashley’s dad seeing her in her wedding gown for the first time (not a dry eye in the room!).

During the reception, we could to capture such a fun tradition of the cake cutting where the bride and groom are lifted onto the shoulders of their family and the whole room gathered around to cheer them on (some of the most entertaining pics we’ve taken in a long time!).

One of our favorite moments of the entire day was stealing the newlyweds away for a few photos in the trees, allowing them to take in the moment and just spend a few minutes as husband & wife without any other distractions or expectations. What a gorgeous day to be a part of!
